- Prep the peppers – clean the peppers, cut them in half length-wise, and remove all the seeds. Keeping the stems attached is optional, but they make for a great built-in handle for holding the pepper.

- 1-2 cups prepared buffalo chicken dip recipe linked above and below
- 12 sweet mini peppers sliced in half, seeds removed
- 8 oz. shredded pepperjack or cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375º F. Prepare buffalo chicken dip, following the instructions in the linked recipe. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Let the dip cool for 5-10 minutes. Then add 1-2 tablespoons of the dip each of the pepper halves, depending on the size of the pepper. Top each with shredded cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and browned a little.
