Instructions
Combine boiling water with, large box of lime jell-o and 2 cups of sugar in a large bowl. Stir for 3-4 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved.
Add a 46 oz can of pineapple juice and 1 cup of lemon juice or water.
Divide mixture into two gallon sized freezer-safe ziplock bags. Freeze until the mixture is completely solid - 12 hours or overnight.
To serve
Add frozen mixture to a pitcher or punch bowl. Pour ginger ale over the ice to help break it up. Use a spoon to break up any large chunks.
