Instructions
Place softened butter in a mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat the butter until smooth. Add honey, salt, powdered sugar, and cinnamon to the bowl and continue beating at medium speed, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, until the ingredients are fully incorporated and the butter is smooth.
Taste the honey butter (either plain or on a piece of bread) and add more honey or salt if needed. Serve immediately with alongside rolls, biscuits, toast, etc. Feel free to drizzle with additional honey and/or a sprinkle of sea salt for table presentation.
For storage
Transfer butter to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
