White Chocolate and Cinnamon Hot Chocolate
Decadent, warm, and a delightful change of pace from your traditional cup of hot chocolate.
- 13.5 ounces light coconut milk (1 can)
- 3-4 ounces Ghirardelli (or another brand of real chocolate) white chocolate chopped
- Ground cinnamon or cinnamon sticks for garnish
Heat coconut milk and chocolate over medium low, stirring, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is warm.
Sprinkle cinnamon over poured cups of hot chocolate and/or stir with cinnamon sticks before serving.
